What are the effects of Adrenaline on the body?
Epinephrine is released during stress and exercise from an area in from your brain and from your adrenal glands (that sit just above your kidneys). It acts in many areas in your brain and body. During a stressful event, epinephrine is released when the sympathetic nervous system is activated. After a stressful event, epinephrine is stopped being released when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.
